Important: Ban on Market Placement as of 16-09-2026

If products from an intermediate stage in the production of materials and articles made of plastic, or substances intended for the production of such products, comply with Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 as it applied before the entry into force of EU-2025-351, and are placed on the market for the first time after 16 December 2025 but do not comply with the new EU-2025-351 regulation, they may only be used in the production of plastic materials and articles until 16 September 2026. After this date, such materials and articles can no longer be placed on the market.
