Audits at suppliers

I can conduct supplier audits in The Netherlands and abroad.
If your supplier solves the problems you are facing, your process will presumably run better, without failures. This will save you frustrations, downtime, time, and money.
I have standard audit forms available for this in Dutch, English and German. I have already performed several audits in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Belarus, the Czech Republic, Italy, Oman, South Korea, et cetera.
You will receive a full audit report. Where necessary, necessary improvement measures are agreed with the supplier concerned and I follow up on the improvements carefully. Especially if you want to be IFS certified, it is necessary to get suppliers on board in this process.
